By Road

From London or the South
take the M40 motorway to Exit 9. Follow A41 towards Bicester and continue to follow AA signs to “Kingsmere”. Approx 65 miles, 1hr 35 mins from Central London.

From Birmingham and the North West
head south towards London on the M40. Exit at Junction 9 and follow the A41 towards Bicester. Follow AA signs to “Kingsmere” approx. 60 miles, 1 hr 13 mins from Birmingham.

By Rail

Bicester Village and Bicester North railway stations are a convenient walk* from home, offering trains to Oxford in 11 minutes and London Marylebone in 46 minutes.

Bicester Village Railway Station
The newly opened Bicester Village Station (previously Bicester Town Station) is the smaller of the two railway stations in Bicester.  It provides direct services to Oxford Parkway within approximately 10 minutes and London Marylebone in as little as 46 minutes.  Services are to be extended to the main station at Oxford from December 2016.

Bicester North Railway Station
Is on the Chiltern Main Line linking London Marylebone and Birmingham. It provides services to Oxford, Oxford Parkway, London Marylebone  and Birmingham.

A shuttle service runs between Bicester Village and Bicester North Railway Stations. For further information please go to the National Rail website:

By Bus

Kingsmere is served by two bus services providing residents with direct access to Bicester and Oxford city centre. The no. 26 bus service runs directly through the development connecting you to Bicester town centre and Bicester Village Railway Station.

The service runs approximately every 30 minutes throughout the day, click here for timetable. The S5 to Oxford also runs through the development with journey times of around 40 minutes.

Kingsmere Park and Ride
A new Park and Ride facility located on the outskirts of the development provides residents with a frequent, direct service to Oxford city centre and Bicester town centre.
