Kingsmere has been shortlisted at the Oxfordshire Property Festival (OxPropFest) Awards in the Best Housing Development category. The winner will be announced in a ceremony which will take place on Thursday, 11th April at Keble College, University of Oxford.
The award will be given in recognition of a new housing development or developer which manages to achieve the proverbial holy grail of matching the needs of the planners, the local community and help to fulfil the needs of Oxfordshire’s housing plans.
The winning entry will be the one that best showcases an approach to quality design, placemaking, use of good materials and which demonstrates care of the surrounding environment.
The shortlisting is a testament to Countryside’s commitment to placemaking – and Kingsmere perfectly embodies this.
