- Continued works to complete strategic play spaces throughout site.
- Drainage works to Primary School site.
- Surfacing works to spine road.

- Ongoing KME Secondary street construction.
- Ducting and installation of streetlights to public footway/cycleway south of KM7/9.
- Completion of 3 bridge installations to Whitelands Farm open space (SL15)

- The application for Phase 2 of Kingsmere has been approved. The full application can be viewed on Cherwell District Councils website.
- Various discharge applications have been submitted in relation to greenway and green route.
