Consultation is taking place on proposals for land west of Oxford Road within Phase 1, comprising:
- Reservation of land (circa 1.5 acres) for health uses
- Residential development (including 30% affordable housing)
An exhibition took place on Friday 20 July 2018 at Whitelands Farm Sports Ground the exhibition boards for which are available here
